I guess Quake have chosen to rebrand the Aerodynamic series as Aerodynamic Best. This is actually the sixth release in the series which, in the past, has mostly featured repeats from the main Quake Trance series.

A second Vocarhythm album just two months after the first? I’m utterly shocked! Okay, not really. After near monthly Speed Anime Trance releases, nothing surprises me anymore.

Exit Trance presents R25 Speed Anime Trance Best 4 ~Ghibli Edition 2~

The song selection for this second Ghibli edition of the R25 series is a bit more obscure than before. That’s to be expected, of course, since they already covered the more familiar tunes on the first release.
I wonder if the R25 series will revert back to normal after this release? After all, I can’t imagine there are that many Studio Ghibli songs left to cover.
Exit Trance presents Sagyouyou BGM Trance 2

Quake have yet to release a tentative track list for this sequel to Sagyouyou BGM Trance, but you can probably expect lots of repeats from the Quake Trance series.

Exit Trance presents TranceMaster 03

Non-anime trance albums in Japan are almost non-existent now. Trance Paradise, Super Best Trance, Trance Rave Best, and Exit Trance Best are all victims of the end of the trance boom. As such, there are few outlets left for the “golden age” trance artists.
The TranceMaster series remains one of the only places where you can still find new material from the likes of Delaction, DJ Kaya, and Overhead Champion. While TranceMaster 02 was a tad disappointing — far too much psychedelic for my tastes — it’s still good to see the series will continue with familiar names.
Mega Trance 10

Price: 2190 yen
The tenth release in the Mega Trance series is set for release in late April. The exact date is still unspecified, though around the 29th looks likely.
Mega Trance 09 was okay, except for the fact that it had way too much electro and house. Let’s hope 10 goes back to the basics.
The only confirmed track so far is “G-Kill” by DJ Joker vs. Heavens Wire.
Trans//lation ~J-pop Dance Covers~

The final track list is out, and it’s still full of Ouendan goodness. Again, it’s mostly unknown which tracks will be translated into English, but I’d personally love to hear English versions of “Kibun Jojo” and “Glamorous Sky.”

Buchiage Parance #9

No Euro Panic! repeats! All right, that’s not entirely true because there are a few on the DVD. Surprisingly, however, the CD appears to be mostly new songs and remixes from Akiba Koubou. A few of the tracks are even labeled as 9LoveJ remixes, so it seems that 9LoveJ are involved with this release.
Other tracks include the obligatory “Ponyo” and “Caramelldansen” from Quake. There are also a few songs from artists known as L-mode and Stylish Heart. I’ve never heard of them, nor could I find any further information on them.
The DVD mostly has tracks from Zipang along with the aforementioned Euro Panic! repeats.
Exit Trance presents Cyber Drift 2nd LX Edition

The follow-up release to Cyber Drift, once again produced by N.O.-SYO. I’m not entirely sure the world needed a second “Drift of the Wind” remix by N.O.-SYO (why not have another artist remix it instead?), but I am looking forward to his take on “AI.”

Another 2-disc release in the SAR series. Some of the songs listed were originally scheduled for SAR 2 but didn’t end up making it.
I’m absolutely shocked that they still haven’t covered “Ponyo.”
Ghibli*Speed ~Piano Kumikyoku~

Ghibli-mania continues! Piano Master, who recently did the bonus track for Anime*Dance presents Ghibli*Speed, will be in charge of this latest Ghibli-themed release. The title translates to Piano Music Suite, so expect piano house, jazz, as well as some more traditional arrangements.
