Hopefully N.O.-SYO will at least put it up on iTunes, but he still hasn’t done so with Sound Drive -Dance Rock Mix-, so I wouldn’t hold my breath.

New remixes of songs by the recently retired Rina Aiuchi. Akiba Koubou producers are heavily featured, but there are also Vocaloid producers and other top acts such as Remo-Con and Ram Rider. I’m surprised they didn’t use the existing AKBK version of “Koi wa Thrill, Shock, Suspense” and just overlay the original vocals on top.

An early track list has also surfaced and it sadly has repeats 🙁 I’m pretty sure no one was aching to hear “Wasureru Koto ga Setsunakute” again. I’m surprised he didn’t put “Sousei no Aquarion” on for good measure.

There are a lot of retro 80s/90s influences on many of the remixes, ranging from 8bit samples to classic 80s beats. Of course, Pete finishes the single off with his trademark speedy sound. It’s quite a fun listen, especially for the “R30” crowd.

DJ Command from Akiba Koubou returns, as does Travis Stebbins, better known to SEB fans as Ken Blast. Also features guest vocalist 3L from NJK Records. 10 tracks this time instead of the usual 8, but the price will be the same.
