Geki Atsu! Drama Euro Kizuna Hen

It’s been a while since a Geki Atsu! release (May 2011 to be exact), so I thought Tokuma had abandoned the series. Well, the new year will bring not one, but TWO new releases in the Akiba Koubou-produced series. Whereas previous albums focused on anime and pachislot themes, these two new albums will instead include themes from J-Drama.

Another Infinity make two appearances here, one of them featuring Mayumi Morinaga. Rap Bit, Sexy Synthesizer, and 40mP are just some of the other producers who contributed. The bonus track is a Ring Suzune version of “Yakimochi Tokidoki Hare,” which is odd since MiKA provided the vocal samples for Ring .o_O
Francfranc presents Starlight Xmas Party

It doesn’t appear that CDJapan will be carrying this, but Amazon Japan has it up for order. There’s a chance that the album will also be available internationally, as most of her singles are up on Amazon MP3.

Best Idol Non Stop Mixed by DJ Mocchi

Previously known as Idol Euro. I’m not sure why they changed the name; the old one was far more descriptive. Anyway, cover art and a seemingly final track list have been released. Half of the album is composed of repeats or resings, and many of the tracks from the early list didn’t make it. Worst of all, there’s no Shihori. 🙁
