Chou Euro Best
Release Date: 10/12/11
Price: 1800 yen

Cover art is out, and it’s strangely familiar, heh. The kanji is definitely read “chou,” and they added butterflies on the cover to emphasize it. “Wasureru Koto ga Setsunakute” is apparently a new Nagisa re-sing, and Sunplaza Nakano-kun will also have a new song. The album is scheduled to have only 15 songs, so it’ll be interesting to see if it’ll be a non-stop mix again..

Toho Euro Flash Vol. 2
Release Date: 8/13/11
Price: ??? yen

I was beginning to wonder if there would ever be a sequel to the DJ Command-produced Toho Euro Flash. Well, after a year-long wait the sequel has finally arrived. DJ Command is once again in charge, and this time he’s brought along some friends from Akiba Koubou to do some remixes. Visit the official website for more info: http://nijika.net/

Forever Songs -Brand New Remixes-
Artist: Rina Aiuchi
Release Date: 9/28/11
Price: 2381 yen

New remixes of songs by the recently retired Rina Aiuchi. Akiba Koubou producers are heavily featured, but there are also Vocaloid producers and other top acts such as Remo-Con and Ram Rider. I’m surprised they didn’t use the existing AKBK version of “Koi wa Thrill, Shock, Suspense” and just overlay the original vocals on top.

Chou Euro Best
Release Date: 10/12/11
Price: 1800 yen

Title has been changed from Chou Euro to Chou Euro Best to further capitalize on Wa Euro Best’s previous popularity. An early track list has also surfaced and it sadly has repeats 🙁 I’m pretty sure no one was aching to hear “Wasureru Koto ga Setsunakute” again. I’m surprised he didn’t put “Sousei no Aquarion” on for good measure.

Toho Eurobeat Vol. 4 ~ Perfect Cherry Blossom
Release Date: 8/13/11
Price: 1400 yen

Doujin release featuring eurobeat covers of popular touhou songs.

DJ Command from Akiba Koubou returns, as does Travis Stebbins, better known to SEB fans as Ken Blast. Also features guest vocalist 3L from NJK Records. 10 tracks this time instead of the usual 8, but the price will be the same.

For fans outside of Japan, White Canvas is willing to ship overseas, and they’ll be carrying TEB 4: http://www.w-canvas.com/shopping/detail.php?item_id=49548 For more information on their service, go to their info page: http://www.w-canvas.com/html/information.html#info. In addition to the price of the CD and overseas shipping, there’s also a 1,000 yen commission per order, so it might be a good idea to pick up TEB 1-3 at the same time. Note that I haven’t used White Canvas, but I’ve read online that speak decent English, so it might be your best shot at acquiring these CDs.

CDJapan also have a new shopping service so you might be able to ask them to buy it for you.

Chou Euro
Release Date: 10/12/11
Price: 1800 yen

DJ Yossy is at it again. Kiwami Euro Best wasn’t so hot, so it seems that DJ Yossy’s next CD will be released on the Full Moon label rather than Avex. The kanji in the title could be “itadaki” or “chou,” and the title translates to “Top Euro.” No tracks announced yet, but I sincerely hope they’re finally out of repeats to repeat.

Pre-order at CDJapan.

Fly Away/Burning Warriors (Single)
Artist: Team KY
Release Date: 7/20/11
Price: 952 yen

First single from the duo comprising Utatte Mita singers Kouhey and Yamadan. “Fly Away” is a new production, while “Burning Warriors” is from Super J-Euro Best Mix. Both are produced by DJ Comamnd. Strange that they chose “Burning Warriors,” since I thought that was their weakest track. “Skill” or “Garo” are much better showcases of their trademark powerful voices.

Unfortunately the single is not available at major retailers. You can order it from Animate or Toranoana, but neither will directly ship overseas. Instead, you’ll have to use a middleman service like CDJapan to order the item for you.

Akiba Koubou presents Utatte Mita Collection Nodoame
Artist: Nodoame

Price: 952 yen

New collection of Utatte Mita singles from Akiba Koubou. This third single features songs from Nodoame. “Aa Mujou” “Don’t say ‘lazy'” and “Uchuu Senkan Yamato” are all resings of existing DJ Command productions. However, “Days” appears to be newly arranged by Sumijun.

Unfortunately the singles are not available at major retailers. You can order it from Animate or Toranona, but neither will directly ship overseas. Instead, you’ll have to use a middleman service like CDJapan to order the items for you.

Akiba Koubou presents Utatte Mita Collection Yamadan
Artist: Yamadan
Release Date: 7/2/11
Price: 952 yen

New collection of Utatte Mita singles from Akiba Koubou. This second single features Yamadan. “Driving Myself” by Sumijun and “Kimi ga Suki da to Skebitai” by DJ Command are brand new tracks. I just realized they updated the artwork, too, but I’m too lazy to change it 😀

Unfortunately the singles are not available at major retailers. You can order it from Animate or Toranona, but neither will directly ship overseas. Instead, you’ll have to use a middleman service like CDJapan to order the items for you.

Super Vocalo Beat
Release Date: 6/1/11
Price: 2405 yen

Let’s Euro Beat! The long-delayed vocaloid eurobeat cover album finally sees the light of day. Your favorite utatte mita artists join forces with Akiba Koubou’s best producers to bring you and album of all-new material. I’m still shocked that they didn’t try to put “Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru [Shiteyanyo]” on this.

Geki Atsu! J-Euro Dai Ren Chan Senryoubako Version!
Release Date: 5/25/11
Price: 2190 yen

Hmm, not as bad as I initially feared. There are 8 new songs, not including a few resings. I’m not sure yet if the other songs are rearranged because I didn’t bother pre-ordering this one. ^^; “Zankoku” is definitely the rearranged version from the first Geki Atsu! J-Euro. Meanwhile, “Ai wo Torimodose!!” sounds like it’s the version from Kiwami Euro Best.

Takeshi Ikoma, who produced the first two entries, no longer seems to be involved with the series.
