Anime House Project ~Shinkyoku Selection~ Vol. 3
Release Date: 4/28/10
Price: 1905 yen
Some retailers are now listing this is “Kamikyoku Selection” instead of “Shinkyoku Selection,” which I guess makes more sense. Anyway, samples are available at the official AHP website: http://www.animehouse.jp/ Some of the arranges are nice, but “Moonlight Densetsu” is sadly disappointing in the vocal department.
J-Pop Cover Densetsu
Release Date: 4/21/10
Price: 1995 yen
New series from FARM featuring dance covers of J-Pop songs. The early list had licenses from Quake’s House Addict ~J-Pop Covers~ release, but they seem to have been left off the final list.
Anime House Project ~Shinkyoku Buchiage mix zero~
Release Date: 4/28/10
Price: 1905 yen
Buchiage remixes of songs from AHP Shinkyoku Selections 1 and 2. I’m not entirely sure what the “Buchiage” sound is.
Anime House Project ~Shinkyoku Selection~ Vol. 3
Release Date: 4/28/10
Price: 1905 yen
It’s been a few months since the last AHP release, but the series returns late April with this third release in the main series. Pretty interesting track list so far. Most of the tracks haven’t been too overused, with the possible exceptions of “Moonlight Densetsu” and “Joint.” Of course, those two songs are awesome, so we’ll let them slide.
Note that the listed artists are the original performers. The cover artists are not yet known.
House Nation Digital – Vol. 4 Trance Gig
Release Date: 3/10/10
Price: 1800 yen

The latest entry in the main series celebrates the 3rd anniversary of House Nation.

Price: 1900 yen
More house-flavored R&B from FARM Records.
Piano Dance Best
Artist: The Standard Club
Release Date: 5/19/10
Price: 2400 yen
The Standard Club have apparently changed labels, as this best-of release comes to you courtesy of Sony Records. New songs include a cover of Mariah Carey’s “Hero” and Sarah Brightman’s “Time to Say Goodbye.”
J-Pop Cover Densetsu
Release Date: 4/21/10
Price: 1995 yen
New series from FARM featuring dance covers of J-Pop songs. It’s worth noting that they licensed a few tracks from Quake’s House Addict ~J-Pop Covers~ release.
House Nation 3rd Anniversary
Release Date: 4/7/10
Price: 2427 yen
It seems a little strange to be celebrating a 3rd Anniversary, but at least it’s not a best-of release. Only first-press copies will come housed in a digipak.
Anime House*Hit Parade!
Release Date: 3/3/10
Price: 1905 yen
The debut album from B.U.S. features a number of anime standards. For the uninitiated, that means “Sousei,” “Zankoku,” and other overexposed songs. Sigh. I am looking forward to “Discotheque,” “Uninstall,” and “Naraku no Hana,” however. And most of the vocals will be done by cherry and mamiko, so at least they’re not reusing the same old vocals. I’m wondering if this’ll be a non-stop mix, though, since the track lengths are quite long.
House Flavor R&B ~The Premium~
Release Date: 2/3/10
Price: 2095 yen
More house-flavored R&B from FARM Records.
Up Beat! ~Weekend Story~ mixed by Neuron Attack
Release Date: 2/3/10
Price: 2286 yen
The second release in the Up Beat! series, following last January’s Love Strings. A fairly interesting selection of songs.
Anime House Project ~Moe Selection Vol. 1~
Release Date: 12/22/09
Price: 1905 yen
Huh, didn’t expect this to be another Vocaloid compilation. Looks like this willl be similarly themed to Quake’s “Speed Anime Trance Best Ecstasy.” In other words, remixes of Bishoujo and Eroge themes.
